Alex Parker is an LA-based actor working the creative gamut: on set directing and producing content for Paper Ball Pictures, a boutique production company combining passionate filmmaking with eco-friendly ideals, as well as on the board of directors with The Porters of Hellsgate Theatre Company, specializing in the works of William Shakespeare.

The 10th annual Hollywood Fringe is here, and Alex has been busy: he directed DOUBLE FALSEHOOD for The Porters, as well as stars in THE SCORPION AND THE FROG with The 6th Act. All shows in June.

BAFTA-qualifying short TREACLE world premiered at BFI FLARE in London to a sold out house this Spring. Alex had so much fun at the premiere; in the film he plays a bitter, divorced father. Written by and starring April Kelley of Mini Productions, this is a slice-of-life story giving a voice to the "B" in LGBTQIA+, and is raising awareness and money for LGBTQIA+ charities.

TREACLE, directed by Rosie Westhoff
BAFTA-qualifying short giving voice to the B in LGBTQIA+ featuring Alex Parker in the only other speaking role.
